π Cancellation Policy
- Before Shipping:
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them. To cancel, contact us via WhatsApp at +91 91543 13348 or email hanviidesigns@gmail.com with your order ID. - After Shipping:
Once your order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, you can request a return after receiving the product (see below). - Custom Orders:
Cancellations are not allowed on custom or personalized items once processing has started.
π Return & Exchange Policy
- We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.
- Custom/personalized items are not eligible for return unless defective or misprinted.
- Return shipping is to be arranged by the customer unless the product was faulty or incorrect.
πΈ Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5β7 business days.
- If the order was paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), we will contact you to collect bank details for the refund.
